Hi world,

Do you ever wonder about the effect of architecture on your behavior? Let me take you on a journey.
Sally is a woman from Kenya. She grew up on a farm with horses and goats, she lives in a hut. For the first 30 years of her life, she is content raining the horses and goats thus far. Walking 8 miles for water well spends 5 hours walking to get water each day.
One day on her 30th birthday, she imagines if there is a different living situation elsewhere in the world. This is the beginning of her journey of moving across the continent to London, England. She is 40 years old, she is the program director of the British Museum. She works with tourists from all over the world. Animals for exhibition, her life turned 360 with the move. She dresses sophisticated, wears chic glasses. No sign of hint that she is from a remote farm village of Kenya.

Her outlook on life has shifted.

    Dr. Fred Luskin, Ph.D., is the director of the Stanford University Forgiveness Projects, a senior consultant in health promotion at Stanford University, and a professor at the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology, as well as an affiliate faculty member of the Greater Good Science Center. He is the author of Forgive for Good: A Proven Prescription for Health and Happiness (HarperSanFrancisco, 2001) and Stress Free for Good: Ten Proven Life Skills for Health and Happiness (HarperSanFrancisco, 2005), with Kenneth Pelletier, Ph.D.   Dr. Fred has completed extensive research on the training and measurement of forgiveness therapy. His research demonstrates that learning forgiveness leads to increased physical vitality, hope, greater self–efficacy, enhanced optimism, and conflict resolution skills. It also shows that forgiveness lessens the physical and emotional toll of stress, and decreases hurt, anger depression, and blood pressure.

    Dr. Narjes Gorjizadeh is a PhD research scientist, international author, certified meditation and mindfulness coach, and global speaker. She received her PhD degree in materials science from Tohoku University in Japan. As a research scientist, she spent nearly two decades exploring the science of materials. At a crossroads in her personal and professional life, she encountered meditation and the science of the mind and has spent the past ten years studying both to create a unique model for achieving a happy and fulfilling life.     Currently, Edward Anthony is employed as a Performance Improvement “Trusted” Advisor at Stanford Children’s Health (SCH) – Center for Pediatric and Maternal Value.  Annually, he has presented at Stanford Symposiums for nursing, quality management, and improvement sciences. Edward received a BS in Business Management, a Masters degree in International Business Administration & Masters in Montessori Primary and Secondary Education.  He is Certified as an Advanced Hatha Yoga Instructor (Archaya).  Currently, as a follower of The Way with Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha, he has received certifications as a Master Tao Calligraphy practitioner; Tao Song / Tao Dance Master practitioner; Divine Healing Hands and Tao Hands; and is Guan Yin Lineage Holder, the Compassion Bodhisattva. In the Taoist realm, Edward received certifications as an Advanced Medical Qigong Therapist and was granted the Instructor level for the ‘Art of Neigong and Yi Quan Neigong’ styles.  Over the past 25 years, Edward’s meditation practices include Tibetan Buddhist, Taoist, Vipassana, Raja, and Transcendental Meditation.   Daily he practices Tai Ji, Qigong, as well as Yoga Asanas and Meditation as a means to cultivate an open heart for service.
